How it works:

Before The How-To-Lead-Change™ Event

Before the event, we customize the presentation and materials for your specific needs. Through on-site visits and telephone conference calls, we meet with senior management and select individuals throughout your organization. In these confidential interviews, we collect information you deem important and work with you to develop key strategies to help you reach your objectives.

During The How-To-Lead-Change™ Event

During the session, leaders learn about the three stages of change and how they can help people develop the Change Skills they need to change quickly and successfully. They get the tools they can use to work with their teams and get results, and develop an action plan they can begin using right away.

After The How-To-Lead-Change™ Event

Then, leaders work with their teams to implement the ideas and Change Skills they learned. They also report back on their progress, and develop the next steps they can take to help people make the biggest difference. We then collect the results and feedback to report back to senior management, and we share our recommendations for next steps.
